The 2024/25 course will start on the 2nd of October 2024. Lessons will be held every Wednesday and Friday from 10.30 to 12 a.m. in Room 420, in via Festa del Perdono, 3.

For this course's edition, attending students will have the chance of visiting the European Court of Human Rights, in Strasbourg. There, they will have the opportunity of attending a hearing and of meeting its President, Marko Bošnjak. More information will be provided during the first class.

Last, we are pleased to announce that the course is part of the Access to Justice in a Multilevel European Constitutional System 2022-2025 Jean Monnet Module, supported by the EU Erasmus programme: several activities (i.e. seminars with guest lecturers, moot trials, institutional visits) will be carried out within it.
